Fitted with a heavy-duty gearbox, a 100 lbs rotor and 3/8” steel plate chipping box the 4003 wood chipper is effective for branches and limbs up to 4”. Reduce most pre-trimming as the rotor opening gapes past 6” to accept leafy and Y shaped branches with ease.
