Engineered for serious heavy-duty splitting tasks, this large excavator log splitter boasts a rugged 10″ x 10″ steel tube frame and delivers a powerful 50 tons of force at 3500 psi. Designed to process massive logs up to 72″ in diameter, it’s driven by your excavator’s auxiliary system, utilizing a 6” x 30″ cylinder and a hydraulic flow range of 20 to 75 GPM for efficient and fast performance. With a total cycle time between 5 and 20 seconds and a stroke length of 30″, this machine ensures optimal productivity in demanding environments. The log splitter includes 100″ hoses, has optional quick connects, and measures 102.5″ in length, 18″ in width, and 32″ in height, weighing in at 1,875 lbs. The AR400 knife measures in at 20″ and is built to dominate oversized logs with precision and power. Ideal for forestry professionals and excavation companies seeking unmatched log splitting capacity.
Pushing 50 tons at 3500 PSI, the 6209 can be run on any excavator that is 8-25 tons. With the operator working comfortably behind the controls, the 6209 offers great visibility and more than enough power to crack the largest knotty rounds. A good operator can simply swing around and split the logs directly into a bin or trailer. The ultimate setup for a large pile of logs that can’t be moved by hand or split with a conventional wood splitter.

Wayne with his 3203 on his Kubota Tractor Just received my 3203. It arrived earlier than expected too! The 4” extended log lifter was exactly what I needed. No more bending over all day hurting my back. Here are pics of a huge red oak 2 feet in diameter that the 3203 made into easy work. This splitter didn’t even grunt lifting and splitting this chunk. Kyle, thanks again for all your help and attention to meeting my needs.

The optional 3 inch knife extension worked great on the larger blocks. But the best option was the lift table, no lifting heavy blocks. This is a heavy duty wood splitter for sure.

Terry enjoying his 3203 mounted on a New Holland Workmaster I have already split over a cord of oak with it and it couldn't be better! That log lift is worth double it's cost in value! I couldn't split what I am without it.
