Whether you’re splitting your own large rounds, or splitting unwanted arborist drop offs, this is the ideal attachment. The splitting zone is located directly in front of the cab, so visibility is great. You won’t have a sore neck straining to see what’s going on with this setup. The 6206 is rated for 50 tons with an average cycle time of 4-15 seconds, depending on auxiliary flow and pressure. Designed with a 12” standoff to improve splitting both in the horizontal and vertical orientation, all it takes is a fine hand on the controls to split those large dangerous rounds. Split those large logs into manageable chunks that can either be used for boiler wood, or further split down into quality firewood.
